Whitsunday Brahmans RLFC Deal - Direct Debit - 3 Month Contract (13 weeks minimum)

These confirmations ensure you understand your selected membership, payment structure, and access requirements before completing your sign-up.

Special Rates Eligibility & Documentation

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Special Rates eligibility table on the relevant page and confirm that I meet the eligibility criteria for this membership. I acknowledge that I have all required documentation to prove my eligibility and understand that this documentation must be presented in person at the gym, either digitally or in hard copy, to validate and maintain this membership.

Membership Summary

I confirm that I have reviewed and understood the membership shown above, including the membership duration, direct debit payment structure, and all conditions associated with this selection.

First Payment & Additional Fees

I acknowledge that my first scheduled membership payment will exceptionally include, in addition to the membership fee, a $29 set up fee and a $25 access tag fee. I understand that these additional fees apply only to the first payment.

Payment Commencement and Cancellation

I acknowledge that my membership payments commence from the day following my online sign-up, regardless of when I attend my first training session. I understand that after the minimum contract period of my selected membership has been completed, my membership will continue on an ongoing basis and payments will continue to be debited unless I choose to cancel. I acknowledge that a two-week cancellation notice period applies. I also acknowledge that a membership suspension option is available in accordance with the gym’s suspension policy.

ID verification, Eligibility Validation, Access Tag & 24/7 Access

I acknowledge that after signing up online, I must attend the gym in person during staffed hours with a valid photo ID, collect my access tag, and receive the gyms security briefing. I acknowledge 24/7 access will only be activated once the above have been completed.

Gym Rules

I acknowledge that for my first training session and all future sessions, I am required to bring a towel and wear enclosed shoes, in line with gym rules.
